This weekend Zayne and I went to Panguitch Lake with my parents. It was
so fun, and we made a lot of memories. We stayed at a place called Bear
Paw and it was quaint, that is for sure! We stayed in a tiny little
cabin, with no air, no tv, a tiny tiny bath room and kitchen, and NO
cell phone service... It was a great break from reality!
The first day
there we went right to the lake and did some fishing, and caught a bunch
of them!
Chilling on the boat getting ready to catch some fish!
Grandma and Zayne fishin...
My dads big fish he caught... My mom had caught a big fish but he threw it back, and Zayne caught the biggest of them all but he threw it back... I think he was wanting to be the one who caught the biggest fish and had proof of it! Lol.. I really caught the biggest... he was so big and massive he broke my fishing line and ran off with my hoot and worm! (...and yes, my dad did wear that hat the whole time, stylish as eva!)
So funny, this was Zaynes face the whole time my dad was gutting the fish.. He would yell "Ew freakin sick!" the whole time.
Pa and Ma bringing in a big 'ol fish!
Zayne LOVED being all boy and playing in the dirt... getting as dirty as he could before he would have to shower!
On the way home we stopped in Panguitch and had breakfast and walked around the main street, the food was SO good, the place we ate was called "Foy's" in case you're ever in the area and down for a good meal! There was a little ally way that had a little thing set up for photos and pics of Butch Cassidy when he was in Panguitch.
Then we went in a little Cowboy store and Zayne loved it! Kept telling me to take pictures of him. They also had a set up where you could look like you were in the saloon, and the lady hooked Zayne up with a cowboy hat and a gun, made for some GREAT pictures!
My favorite picture of Zayne, making his OUTLAW face!
...and some random pictures of the weekend...
My son photo bombing...
Zayne named this chipmunk Theodore after the one from Alvin and the Chipmunks...

It was a REALLY fun time, and hope to go back again soon to catch us some more fish and build some more fun MEMORIES!
