{Lindon City Christmas Party}

Today we went to the Lindon City Christmas party, it was fun as usual... but Zayne was super excited to see Santa this year...

Zayne told Santa he wanted a Buzz Lightyear for Christmas... Lets see if he gets it!

This was such a fun year, when Santa said to make a line to be able to sit on his lap Zayne went running! He was so excited to be able to tell him what he wanted. He was so cute in line, being goofy and making funny little poses and faces. He is just getting funner and funner each Christmas!

Trees!

So for the longest time I have had this fear that Zayne wasn't eating enough vegetables, felt like I was failing in the department of being a good mom and making him eat his veggie's. I thought he would like peas, since I do..he doesn't. I thought he might like carrots...no go. He likes corn, but only on the cob. If it isn't on the cob he HATES it. So the other night I decided why not, so I tried to see if he would like broccoli. I steamed it for dinner, and put a few "trees" on his plate....

He LOVES broccoli! He ate two huge servings of it that night for dinner. The next day I made him chicken nuggets and steamed some more trees for him, a forest of trees actually, and he ate it all up! I am so glad I found a vegetable that he really loves. I guess I just need to keep trying new ones, and keep introducing some of the old.

Halloween was a blast this year. Zayne was all about it! On Friday the 28th Zayne had school, so I put him in in Zombie shirt to celebrate Halloween. Here are some pics of our day that day...

Zayne before school... EXCITED! (After school we picked him up and went to see "Puss in Boots" ..which was a really cute movie and he loved. We even went 3D, which made it even better!)

Later that night we carved pumpkins...

After carving pumpkins it was bath time, I then put him on the couch to watch a movie while I grabbed something and came back down and found him like this! He was a tired buddy!

This party was so fun and I am so glad we did it. I was beyond stressed as the party got closer, it was suppose to be outside but it has been so cold and rainy we moved it inside. I was worried the kids would get bored, but they all had a blast. I should have know, kids have imagination and any place is a fun place, especially with friends to play with.
